Glenpointe Community Blends with Township

By Edward J. Rand

This winter, residents at The Courts of Glenpointe will be able to walk from their suburban homes to restaurants, shops, a health spa and evening entertainment.

The grand opening of Glenpointe's 40-shop atrium mall, five restaurants, major health club, and the Loews Glenpointe hotel is planned for early November.

The Courts of Glenpointe is a prestige condominium townhome community, located close to the juncture of routes I-80 and I-95, just four miles from the George Washington Bridge in Bergen County.  This location means residents truly have Manhattan just a few minutes' drive away.

Yet The Courts of Glenpointe has become an established residential community in a very private, park-like setting.  The townhomes are adjacent to 200 acres of Bergen County parkland.  Families already in residence are enjoying lighted tennis courts, a swimming pool and cabana, an octagonal clubhouse, and extraordinary landscaping.  A security gatehouse monitors all visitors to the community.

The design of the community won a statewide 1982 citation of merit for the Sanzari organization.

Furnished models are open daily, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
