Cecil J. Haggerty
Dr. Cecil J. Haggerty, a Teaneck resident for 13 years entered the army in 1942, attaining the rank of Lieutenant Colonel, with the Chemical Corps. Graduate of Williams College, Johns Hopkins University and the Command and General Staff School. He was awarded Army Commendation Ribbon and is a member of American Legion Post No. 128. He is professor of Chemistry at Manhattanville College in New York City.
